Platform Use

Interpretation and Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings as stated:

• "Platform" — refers to the b4bet.wine website and all services operating under it.
• "User" or "You" — any individual who registers, logs in or uses the b4bet platform.
• "b4bet" or "Company" — the entity operating this platform under a valid international licence.
• "Account" — a user account validly registered on the b4bet platform.
• "Balance" — the total amount of funds in a user's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free funds or reward given by b4bet to users.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum betting amount that must be reached before withdrawals from a bonus are permitted.

Acceptance of Terms MANDATORY

By using the b4bet platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the platform.

Acceptance of these terms is legally binding between you and b4bet for as long as your account is active or for as long as you use any service on the platform.

Registration Eligibility

To register a b4bet account, you must meet all of the following requirements simultaneously:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• A citizen or permanent resident who is legally eligible to use betting services within your jurisdiction.
• Not included on b4bet's self-exclusion list or any relevant responsible gambling programme.
• Registering on your own behalf — registration on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• Not previously blacklisted or banned from using b4bet services.

Account Management

Each user is only allowed one active account at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in all the accounts in question being suspended and the associated balances frozen pending investigation.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place in your account. This includes:

• Keeping your password and login information confidential and not sharing it with any other party.
• Notifying b4bet immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Updating your personal information when changes occur, in particular contact details and payment methods.
• Ensuring all identity verification documents submitted are genuine and current.

b4bet is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from the user's negligence in maintaining account security.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the b4bet platform are subject to the following policies:

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM30, regardless of the payment method used.
• The minimum withdrawal per request is RM100.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes once identity verification is complete.
• Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX (online banking), Boost and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• b4bet reserves the right to request additional documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification purposes before processing any withdrawal.
• Deposited funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless specifically approved by b4bet.

Bonuses and Promotions UPDATED

All bonuses and promotions offered by b4bet are subject to specific terms stated alongside each offer. General terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• The 100% welcome bonus up to RM1,000 is credited automatically after the first qualifying deposit.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount received.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → balance RM200 → wagering requirement RM100 × 15 = RM1,500 before withdrawal is permitted.
• Second example: Deposit RM2,200 → bonus RM1,000 (maximum cap) → balance RM3,200 → wagering requirement RM1,000 × 15 = RM15,000.
• Bonuses cannot be used together with other promotions unless specifically stated.
• b4bet reserves the right to cancel bonuses obtained through promotion abuse or breach of terms.

VIP Programme and Cashback

The b4bet VIP programme consists of five tiers, each offering different weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Progression through VIP tiers depends on betting activity and user loyalty. b4bet reserves the right to modify the VIP structure, cashback rates or eligibility criteria with reasonable notice to members.

Cashback is credited to accounts periodically according to a set schedule and is subject to certain wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.

Prohibited Conduct

Users of the b4bet platform are prohibited from doing the following:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts or third-party tools to access or interact with the platform.
• Collaborating with other users to exploit weaknesses in the system, games or promotions.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of another person without b4bet's written authorisation.
• Engaging in any activity related to money laundering or illegal financing through the platform.
• Spreading false, misleading or defamatory information about b4bet to the public.
• Accessing the platform from jurisdictions that explicitly prohibit online gambling.
• Registering multiple accounts or providing false identity during the KYC process.

Limitation of Liability

b4bet operates under international licensing and takes reasonable steps to ensure the platform runs smoothly. However, the company is not liable for:

• Losses arising from technical disruptions, system maintenance or events beyond our control (force majeure).
• Betting outcomes resulting from the user's own decisions.
• Any losses due to unauthorised access to an account caused by user negligence.
• Content on third-party websites that may be linked from the platform.

b4bet's liability to users under any circumstances will not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the relevant claim.

Account Closure and Freezing

b4bet reserves the right to suspend, freeze or close a user's account in the following situations:

• Evidence or indication of a breach of these terms and conditions.
• A request from a relevant authority or regulatory body.
• Activity indicating a risk of money laundering or fraud.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request from the user.

Users may also request to close their account at any time by contacting 24/7 customer support. Any valid balance will be returned to the user once the verification process is complete.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where b4bet holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising in connection with the platform or these terms will be resolved through the following process:

• Users must first contact b4bet's 24/7 customer support to resolve the issue directly.
• If a resolution is not reached within a reasonable period, the dispute will be referred to a recognised mediation body.
• Users agree that any formal legal action will be handled under the jurisdiction designated by b4bet's licensing authority.

Data Protection and Privacy

The collection, storage and processing of users' personal data is carried out in accordance with b4bet's separate Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these terms, you also agree to how b4bet manages your personal data as described in that document.

b4bet uses industry-recognised encryption and security protocols to protect users' sensitive information, including financial details and personal identification data.

Responsible Gambling

b4bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides tools and resources for users who need help managing their betting habits.

• Deposit limits, betting limits and daily, weekly or monthly loss limits can be set at the user's request.
• The self-exclusion programme allows users to restrict their access to the platform for a set period.
• 24/7 support is available in Malay and English for users who need guidance.
